Carla & Michael's wedding at a private estate in Montecito, CA was like a dream. This estate was a stunning backdrop for this sweet couple to tie the knot. The ivy-covered walls and olive trees made the whole day feel romantic and enchanting.
Outdoor Poolside Estate Wedding
Everyone spent the entire day outside enjoying the warm May weather. The ceremony was held under a beautiful arbor among the trees and the reception was set up perfectly beside the pool. I loved seeing all the thoughtful details from the menus with the small piece of lavender to the aisle-lined chairs. The farmhouse tables were covered with votive candles and pastel-colored florals. Everyone enjoyed a delicious dinner together under the sparkling market lights.
An Enchanting & Whimsical Evening
Intimate, small weddings are some of my absolute favorites to photograph. With only close family & friends in attendance, it allows for plenty of time for everyone to be together and celebrate the couple. After the ceremony, friends and family of Carla & Michael gave very heartfelt toats. These were such beautiful moments to capture.
This couple didn't want many photos, but I was able to convince them to step away for a few minutes during the reception. We ended up capturing my favorite photos of them in the garden among the olive trees as the sun was setting. This was such a special evening and I was so thrilled to be a part of it. Congratulations to Carla & Michael!
